If I'm going to Croatia, then I want a vacation home that reduces the ecological footprint of my guests - that's what I set out to do. I am therefore delighted to be able to offer you a nature-loving and environmentally friendly vacation by the sea in Croatia with Croatia Heaven.
As a small welcome gift, you will receive wine from my home country and ecological drinking bottles. Thanks to the modern water filter system, you can fill these up in the villa and take them with you on excursions.
Incidentally, the legendary bottles are a pioneering achievement. Back in 2007, I sold the first pollutant-free drinking bottle in Germany under the name ISYbe.

Your vacation home right by the sea
The brand-new vacation home with sea views - ready to move into in summer 2024 - was built to German standards. In other words: we have built it solidly (e.g. with thick insulation) and paid attention to every detail so that you feel completely at home.
The non-smoking villa is at ground level, disabled-friendly and modernly furnished.
Relax on the large terrace, cool off in the pool and enjoy cozy barbecue evenings with incredible sunsets (don't forget enough memory card space! ). In the morning, you can start the day with equally stunning sunrises.
Vacation on the beach - and then simply continue to relax
After a day of cycling, swimming, walking, fishing or hiking, you can relax in our peaceful oasis and regain your strength in the high-quality beds. If you don't recharge your batteries here and return home fully revitalized, you weren't even there.
The villa is cleaned ecologically and chemical-free with micro-steam and is allergy-friendly.

By the way: Lun is tranquil and quiet all year round. And between mid-June and mid-September, there is a construction freeze on the entire island. So you can be sure that you can enjoy the summer without the noise of excavators etc. during the season.

Sustainable vacation in Croatia
It is also important to me to make your time away free from environmental pollution. I have been working with the GreenCleaning concept since 2019. Chemical-free cleaning using only hot steam works down to the last pore and leaves you feeling wonderfully clean. And yes, it's true: You really could eat off the floor afterwards.
In the bathrooms you will find dispensers for shower gel and shampoo instead of disposable containers.
You can charge your e-car free of charge at the hotel's own e-charging station.
The natural garden with its colorful perennials (fully overgrown by 2025 at the latest) has a calming effect on the mind and contributes to a decelerated mood.
